I am in Ghana, West Africa, which is my 23rd destination since starting this amazing Commonwealth journey on October 9th.
My own website is pretty quiet with updates because everything is being shared across the BBC Queen’s Baton Relay website. The same goes for my social media, where you can follow @BBCMarkBeaumont, instead of my personal twitter.
I am presenting the entire journey of the Queen’s Baton relay as it makes its way around the 70 nations and territories of the Commonwealth ahead of the opening ceremony for the Glasgow 2014 games on July 23rd.
So far I have travelled to India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei Darussalam,, Australia, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Nauru, Tuvalu, Samoa, New Zealand, Kiribati, Cook Islands, Tonga, Niue, Norfolk Island, Vanuatu, Sierre Leone and here in Ghana.
