The 2013 edition of the Trois Etapes will see 14 teams compete over four days (26-29 July) over a flat Prologue and three mountain stages whilst raising crucial funds for charities worldwide.
You can follow on this site through the GPS map, video blog updates and through twitter @SupportTheWalk, @MrMarkBeaumont and #TroisEtapes13. I am once again leading the Walking with the Wounded team, which is in partnership with LDC, EDM Group, Mama & Co and Forrest. Click here to meet the team.
Like the early days of the Tour de France, the Trois Etapes is a points-based competition.
There are a maximum of 100 points to be won by any team over the duration of the Trois Etapes.
The team in each Division (“Elite” and “Masters”) with the most points at the end of Stage 3 will be the winners of the Trois Etapes 2013.
